Fresh-o-Veg came into existence in 1996-1997 when a small group of farmers and two pioneers of agro and food industry combined hands to find all round solutions to problems being faced by farmers due to lack of scientific guidance, limited resources and smart techniques in agricultural processes. Fresh-O-Veg started with process based potato marketing. It introduced lot of varieties of potato, onion, garlic, tomato etc. for supplying to various food based industries according to their requirements. We facilitate the farmers and industries through contract farming and raw material procurement to facilitate at both ends.
In 20041998, Fresh-o-veg team ventured in consultancy business with upcoming demand for setting up full fledged food processing units in various cities in India. Starting from Identification of right location to procurement of raw material was crucial task for such companies and here came the support of Fresh-o-veg in terms of providing end to end consultancy.
Today we not only excel in Agri consultancy but also in procurement management services, Post harvesting techniques, supply chain management, process engineering, utility engineering, financial & strategic consultancy, regulatory consultancy etc.
The company has also ventured in procurement and trading of potatoes on extremely large scale. This was one of the successful businesses of the organization after this team FOV never looked back.
